Galway Atlantaquaria located in Sathill is only a 10 minute drive from the four star Clayton Hotel Galway. As Ireland’s largest aquarium it strives to ensure that any visit is original and full of wonder for visitors of all ages. Its main attractions include the ray pool, ocean tank, fin whale skeleton and touch pools.
Take a tour of Galway Aquarium and avail of the interesting fact filled talks which take place throughout the day. Along with these talks enjoy the big fish feedings, touch pool tours, and fresh water fish feeding. Staff are on hand at all times to assist and answer questions you or your family may have.
The admission fee includes entry for the day, so you are allowed to come and go as you please, but don’t forget to hold onto your receipt! It is open from 10:00am to 6:00pm every day. Tickets are available to purchase on arrival for the aquarium, and are priced as follows family tickets which consist of one adult and two children are €22.00, family tickets which consist of two adults and two children are €33.00, an additional child is priced at €4.50. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
